There are young illegal immigrants from North Carolina who are taking part in a federal program that blocks their deportation for two years and now they are struggling to get their driver's license as the legal issues begin to try to work out between the state and the federal government.  DMV initially had said last summer it would issue licenses to DACA participants.  However it is still pain taking for these illegal young immigrants who have all their paperwork done but are waiting for the state and the federal to coincide.  They have employement authorization card showing their legal presence in this country and now they just want to drive in this country.
