Lindsay Lohan now is taking someone else to court could it be she needs the money?  Turns out that a former fashion partner is illegally trading on her company's brand name. Lindsay Lohan's complaint is that D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries is going against the federal law  by selling clothing under the name of Lohan's 6126 Collection.  She is suing and feels she should be collecting over $1 million in royalties.
