Lindsay Lohan has all kinds of legal troubles and the last one is that her lawyer has tried to flatter the judge!  So many lies going on about her health for not appearing in court and then the new lawyer tried to make small talk and the judge responded "Flattery doesn't get you anywhere in this court." Even with all that goes on, Lindsay still gets good news like getting a break with no jail time and finding out that the judge will be retired by the time Lindsay comes back to court.  But some bad news, her probation in the jewelry case could still be violated since the standard of proof is lower.
