Cedric Benson the 4th overall pick in the NFL draft and who started 5 games with the Packers for the 2012 season before he had a foot injury, then was off the rest of the season did manage to pay his fines on his legal troubles.  Benson had a trio of legals issues including speeding, driving without a license, an animal-at-large citation.  He did fork over the money a total of around $800.00 with no jail time.  So now the running back is able to become a free agent with a clean legal slate!
