Under the current law anyone can go to a circuit court and view the permits and applications for concealed hand guns in the state of Virginia but this law may soon change.    Of course there is a exclusion for the police.   Pro gun officials want to protect and not have this open to the public while some argue that all government permits should be made public even hand guns.  More debates are to come.  A study did find that inmates are benefiting from GED.  GED can help with under employment which can lead to decreased crime.
