Spring is coming and the love bug may attack your employees but there are some tips to avoid legals issues at the workplace.  Understand your obligation on sexual harassment.  Be on high alert for supervisor-subordinate relationship (jealously) could develop.  Don't be afraid to speak up about their behavior should it be inappropriate.  Be consistent in making sure all rules apply to everyone.  Making sure you have an open door policy.  (by making it easy for all employees to talk about)  You cannot prevent employees from falling in love but you can protect yourself with these guidelines.
